TableEase provides tools for restaurant operations such as digital menu access via table QR codes, order status tracking for service coordination, kitchen workflow screens (KDS), role-based access, and branch-level dashboards where available.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating or managing an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access systems without authorization, disrupt service availability, or use TableEase in a way that violates applicable laws.

5. Data & Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you manage in TableEase, including menu items, pricing, and operational settings. You grant TableEase permission to process this data solely to provide the service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep TableEase available, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableEase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue.
